Operational Manuals will consist of 6 sections.   Section A  Franchise Operations    Section B  Establishing a Family Care Home Business  Section C  Personnal   Section D  Office Procedures  Section E  Service Procedures  Section F  Marketing and Addvertising        Along with on going support, Family Care Homes will supply you with Addmissions Packet for new Residents and all related Policy and Procedures Forms. A 2.5 week Comprehensive training Course provided by the Founder, and his team of professionals.  Forty hours of class room study and 40 hours of on the job training. With our continued mentoringYou'll also be required to operate our existing facility for up to 7 days.
